"Solid Gift Pick"
I grabbed this shirt as a birthday gift, and it was definitely a win. The colors look great, choosing the size was easy, and it showed up in good shape. He really liked it, so I’d say it’s a safe choice if you’re buying for someone else

"Shirts actually stayed wrinkle-free"
I grabbed a couple of shirts from kahala.com i was impressed. I wore one for a full day, sat in the car for a while, went out to dinner, and it still had that neat, put-together look instead of getting all creased up.
After washing, it didn’t take much effort either. I just hung it to dry and only needed a quick touch-up, if anything. For me, the whole experience felt easy and reliable, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars

"Love the shirts, hate the scramble"
I get so excited whenever they drop new limited shirts because the designs are really cool. But then two minutes later I’m just annoyed because they sell out so fast. It’s fun at first, then kind of stressful if you actually want one.

"I was expecting a bit more of that..."
I was expecting a bit more of that local Hawaiian feel from kahala. Some of the shirts are nice, but a lot of them kinda just look like regular resort prints to me. Quality was okay and shipping was fine, no issues there, but the overall vibe felt a little watered down tbh.

My order from kahala.com arrived right on time, and the package was in great shape. Nothing was smashed, wet, or messed up at all, and everything inside looked good. Something about it just felt easy and handled well, so I’m happy with the delivery overall

I’ve washed my kahala shirt a few times now and, unless I’m just not noticing some tiny difference, it still fits the same. I was kind of expecting it to shrink a bit, but so far there’s been no weird shrinking or anything

"Showed Up Earlier Than I Expected"
I ordered from Kahala earlier in the week and thought it might take a while to arrive, but my stuff showed up way faster than I expected. I checked the tracking a couple of times over the next few days and it was easy to follow the whole way. By the time it got to me, everything was on schedule with no problems at all. I also got the confirmation email right away, which kind of confirmed my feeling that they’re on top of things. "Nice sustainable products, but communication could be clearer"
I like that Kahala offers more eco-minded stuff, and it does feel good buying from a brand that seems to care about sustainability. That said, I found some of the communication a little unclear, which was kind of annoying when I was trying to figure out exactly what I was getting. Overall, still a good experience, just wish the details were easier to understand.

I found the shirt size I needed easily, which was nice. I think I checked a couple days before too, or maybe it was that same night, but either way some colors were already sold out. Still, the inventory was better than a few other sites I looked at.

"Order was mostly right, but not perfect"
i ordered a couple of shirts from Kahala and the package showed up in good shape. shipping was okay, not super quick, but it didn’t feel painfully slow either.
the only real issue was that one of the shirts was the wrong color from what i picked. the size was right though, and the other shirt was exactly what i ordered, so it wasn’t a huge disaster.

i emailed customer service and they did help me out, but it took a little while to hear back. i’d probably order again, but i’d definitely check everything as soon as it arrives
